Daffodil Day at Oakland Cemetary. Each year the blooms of thousands of daffodils brighten the dreary days of late winter at Oakland.  Daffodil Day will celebrate these cheery blossoms when it returns to Oakland Cemetery on Saturday.

Americana in the Park. This day-long event spotlights Atlanta and Georgia bands that play Americana music. What is Americana? It’s a broad mix of folk, acoustic blues, rockabilly, western swing, singer-songwriter, country rock, folk-rock, gospel, roots rock, and pretty much everything in between. Come celebrate its fifth great year at the Park Tavern in Piedmont Park.

Held on the same day as the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Marathon, this race gives kids ages 14 & under the chance to get out, get active, and get acquainted with running as they finish in the same area as the 2020 Olympic Team Trials - Marathon. Georgia Marathon & Half Marathon. Taking place this Sunday, the Publix Georgia Marathon & Half Marathon hosts more than 16,000 runners and heads through some of the most noteworthy and historic areas in greater Atlanta, including Piedmont Park. The start and finish areas are in the Centennial Olympic Park!
